All Gill calibration is undertaken using wind tunnels traceable to national standards.

Gill has an in-house wind tunnel facility but also wishes to acknowledge the support provided from the following organisations in regard to independent, traceable wind tunnel testing of Solent products:

Gill calibration procedures meet or exceed the requirements of:

ISO16622:2002 Meteorology - Sonic anemometers/thermometers - Acceptance test methods for mean wind speeds.
