Building Anemometer Applications
A recent application for complete building automation control is installed at the Swiss RE building in London, which has won awards for its energy management system. Due to the shape of the building Gill WindMaster three axis anemometers were used, which allowed the measurement of horizontal wind speed and direction along with the vertical component.

WindMaster anemometers have also been deployed inside of the Millennium dome to monitor the wind produced inside the dome from the entrances and vents at its edges to the large central exhaust vent.
