Designed to control normally aspirated, turbo-charged and lean-burn engines, running on LPG, natural gas & bio gas, GS8 utilises the latest inductive ignition technology to ensure that engine emissions are kept to an absolute minimum.
Packed with useful features, GS8 reduces engine development and set-up times considerably, helping to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum.
GS8 uses latest inductive ignition technology providing a powerful spark, with the long duration that only inductive technology can offer, enabling complete combustion of low calorific value fuels as well as lean air/fuel mixtures.

As an option GS8 can also be supplied with Gill's Advanced Spark Diagnostics, which enables you to monitor spark plug, HT lead and coil performance in real time (see "Advanced Spark Diagnostics" data sheet for additional details).
User-programmable via the Windows® GUI, these igniters provide extensive flexibility. With fully-programmable speed mapping and load mapping curves, you can expect to see improved engine efficiency, lower exhaust emissions, reduced engine maintenance and decreased engine operating costs.

As with all Gill Igniters, installation couldn’t be easier – designed to work with your engine’s original timing disc patterns and sensors, or alternatively Gill's standard timing disk and sensors.
