Ignition Modules
Gill ignition modules are designed to control normally aspirated, turbo-charged and lean-burn engines running on LPG, natural gas and bio gas.
GS Ignition Modules Features Overview
The GS range of ignition modules has been designed to control turbo-charged, normally aspirated and lean burn engines running on bio gas, LPG or natural gas. Typical industrial applications for GS ignition modules include generator set engines, CHP engines and compressor engines. Other applications also include specialist commercial vehicle and fork-lift truck engines.
The GS range includes ignition modules for 1-12 cylinder engines, with each designed for a specific engine size. A free Windows based GUI is provided with each ignition module to enable programming of; number of cylinders; ignition point; dwell time.
Gill GS Range of Ignition Modules
Gill ignition modules utilise the latest inductive ignition technology to produce a powerful spark with long duration. Our ignition modules enable the complete combustion of lean air/fuel mixtures as well as low calorific value fuels.
Advanced Control with Gill GS Ignition Modules
The ignition modules feature flexible user security and an on-board visible status indicator. They are configurable for OEM timing disc patterns and the GS8 and GS12 ignition modules can be supplied with our optional 'Advanced Spark Diagnostics' software, which allows the user to remotely monitor the health of the HT leads and spark plugs.
