Gill Instruments offer a comprehensive range of engine control solutions that include ignition modules, adaptive knock controllers and air/fuel ratio controllers. These provide the end user with the ability to tailor a package to meet their requirements, which can utilise a great deal of instrumentation supplied with the engine.

Our advanced inductive ignition modules provide the user with the ability to tune their spark performance to ensure complete combustion and minimise spark plug degradation, and with the Advanced Spark Diagnostics we can monitor the spark plug, HT lead and coil performance in real-time.

Our industry leading air/fuel ratio controllers provide effective emissions reduction for small to medium sized engines up to 1MW, providing low NOX, CO and HC measurements, over long term, continuous engine use, enabling engines to meet the very tight emissions legislation in areas such as California. These systems are able to run engines with stoichiometric or lean burn air/fuel ratios with their advanced wide band sensor technology.
